The University of New Mexico is seeking an experienced leader with energy and vision to serve on a forward-looking enrollment management team as University Registrar. The Registrar has the overall responsibility for the administration and management of the Office of the Registrar. The position reports to the Vice President for Enrollment Management and leads a team of eighteen (18) staff, and guides his/her colleagues in the planning and delivery of services and programs related to student records, enrollment, degree audit, residency determination, athletic eligibility, development of the schedule of classes, course and room scheduling, grade processing, transcript delivery, graduation, and the integrity of student information data.
The University Registrar collaborates closely with the other units of the Division of Enrollment Management and a range of administrative and academic units. The University Registrar will serve a key position to help the University to reach enrollment goals.
