Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain digital print, rewind, and finishing equipment
- Manage production workflow to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Perform quality inspections in alignment with job specifications and standards
- Handle job setup: retrieve materials, load files, and review proofs and drawings
- Troubleshoot equipment and conduct routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Accurately document production data and perform system entries
- Collaborate with peers, leads, and supervisors to meet production goals
- Perform additional production-related tasks or special projects as assigned

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school preferred
- 2–3 years of experience operating mechanical and/or digital production equipment
- Experience in sign, label, or custom manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong computer proficiency, including file management and digital interfaces
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and proofs
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to make basic adjustments and repairs
- High attention to detail; able to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Stand, walk, bend, and twist for 8–10 hours per shift
- Regularly lift and move up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs
