Job Description:
We seek an experienced and dedicated Director of Med/Surg to oversee our Medical-Surgical department. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and progressive leadership experience. Current RN licensure in NC or Multistate is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Med/Surg department.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and safety.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Manage and mentor nursing staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Progressive leadership experience in a medical-surgical setting.
- Current RN licensure in NC or Multistate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
