UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital is seeking a Full Time Barista to support the Nutritional Services department!
This position will work Monday through Friday daylight shifts. Hours are subject to change based on business needs.
The Barista prepares espresso drinks, smoothies and coolers based on customer requests and according to standards. This role performs cashiering duties, maintains workstation and stocks supplies as needed. For every guest they create a memorable experience by providing fast, friendly, and courteous service and follows Starbucks standards by providing outstanding customer service through product knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Make espresso drinks, smoothies and coolers that are delivered to the guest in less than three (3) minutes. Identify each drink and delivery.
- Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with store standards. Follows cash handling procedures and cash handling policies.
- Offers customer demonstrations and samples using brewing equipment, discovers customer needs and appropriately suggest product with customers to enhance service and meet sales goals.
Salary : $18 - $29
