Responsibilities:
- Complete preparation requirements for the next day's service in advance to ensure readiness and efficiency.
- Produce high-quality hot food products using standardized recipes and meeting production sheet volume requirements.
- Prepare all foods within designated timeframes and monitor food usage throughout service to meet volume needs.
- Adhere to safe food handling procedures consistently to ensure food safety and hygiene.
- Maintain a consistently inspection-ready work area to meet cleanliness and organization standards.
- Follow Safety Data Sheet (SDS) guidelines for the proper and safe use of chemicals, and store chemicals away from food production areas.
- Use and maintain equipment according to manufacturer and department guidelines, adhering to all safety procedures.
- Provide courteous and helpful customer service daily to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
- Chill, store, and record all prepared and leftover food according to health department guidelines, maintaining accurate temperature cooling log documentation.
