This full-time position will be scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm, with a possibility of hybrid/remote hours during the week. No holidays, evenings or weekends are required. Two years of prior clinical experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities and contributing to enhanced patient care.
- Foster positive, collaborative relationships with colleagues, staff, patients, and families in a complex healthcare environment.
- Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment to address patient care needs and solve problems effectively.
- Educate patients, families, and colleagues, applying adult learning principles to support understanding and development.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, considering patients' holistic needs and coordinating with physicians.
- Demonstrate accountability through comprehensive documentation, solid communication, and collaboration with the care team.
- Commit to professional growth through shared governance, goal setting, and adapting to change in the practice environment.

Salary : $28 - $40
