The Recruitment Researcher plays a crucial role in supporting the UPMC Presbyterian & Shadyside Talent Acquisition team. They are responsible for reviewing applications and scheduling manager interviews. Additionally, they may help with recruitment events and new hire orientation.

Responsibilities:
- Qualifying candidate calls.
- Data entry for proactive candidate pipeline database.
- Calendar management for Senior Recruiters and Manager, Recruitment.
- Document creation for the Talent Acquisition team.
- Candidate generation through online sourcing.
- Assist in the development and execution of Talent Acquisition events.
- Employee referral management.
Salary : $20 - $31
