Summary:
Upper Great Lakes Family Health (UGLFH) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for its Menominee, Michigan location. Our clinics are designated Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) that qualify for federal loan repayment program. Competitive compensation and benefits with signing bonus and/or relocation potential. Must be licensed or eligible for license in the State of Michigan. DEA required.

Practice opportunity details include:
