The Direct Support Professional Manager will supervise DSP Lead and DSPs to ensure that "each individual is receiving healthy, safe, and person-centered supports and actively working on personalized goals that foster growth and decision making in addition to review relevant and timely data for programmatic and medical changes for everyone being served by the DSPs.
