Direct Care Staff Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and guidance to each consumer in accordance with his/her Individual Service Plan
- Assist each consumer in planning and implementing in-home and community-based activities
- Administer medications where indicated and appropriate
- Act as role models and promote positive lifestyles for each consumer
- Advocate for the safety and well-being of each consumer to appropriate management personnel
- Provide physical assistance as needed, including but not limited to, personal care, housekeeping and transportation

Experience:
- No experience required, paid training will be provided
Direct Care Staff Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current and valid Driver License with less than 6 points on driving record
- Working and safe motor vehicle, maintaining minimum of State required insurance coverage
- No felony convictions as identified and outlined by the Ohio Revised Code
License/Certification:
- Driver's License
- Car insurance in your name
- High school Diploma or GED
