Head of E-Commerce – High-Growth Health Brand (Remote, US Only)
We’re seeking a Head of E-Commerce to build and scale a $250M direct-to-consumer (DTC) business for an innovative health & wellness brand. This role will drive growth, optimize the customer journey, and lead digital marketing strategies to create a best-in-class eCommerce experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a DTC eCommerce strategy focused on growth and profitability.
- Own the end-to-end customer experience, including site design, content, navigation, and performance.
- Lead customer acquisition & retention strategies through SEO, SEM, PPC, affiliate, paid social, and programmatic marketing.
- Oversee web analytics, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision-making to optimize performance.
- Build and manage a high-performing eCommerce team, working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 7 years of DTC eCommerce, CRM, and marketplace experience (FMCG a plus).
✔️ Deep expertise in performance marketing, CRO, and digital content strategy.
✔️ Proven leadership in scaling eCommerce businesses and managing teams.
✔️ Data-driven mindset with a track record of growing revenue and optimizing KPIs.
Salary : $180,000 - $220,000
