UpSlope Advisors is looking for a rockstar Senior Developer to join our team! This person will provide crucial support to the Customer Care Support Center (CCSC) Desk Support and Management services for a local government agency. Duties may include writing code, analyzing data, and contributing to the design and implementation of software.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Utilize coding languages and frameworks to create scalable and efficient applications.
- Provide technical leadership to a team of developers, ensuring collaboration, knowledge sharing, and adherence to project timelines.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand and analyze software requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality, adherence to coding standards, and security best practices.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, code documentation, and release notes.
- Implement security best practices in software development, ensuring compliance with government security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, quality assurance professionals, and other stakeholders, to ensure project success.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices.
