Job Summary
The Maintenance and Utilities Coordinator will work within Facilities Maintenance and Operations at the Community Campus providing support to building operations and maintenance management, supporting and executing maintenance projects and providing input and project coordination with Upstate's Design & Construction and Facilities Engineering departments. This position will provide input and direction on long term projects and programs to improve reliability, effectiveness of services, and energy and cost savings throughout Upstate's Facilities Maintenance and Operations department.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field and a minimum of 4 years of experience in Facilities Operations, Engineering or related OR Associates degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field and a minimum of 6 years of experience in Facilities Operations, Engineering or related required. Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills required.
Preferred Qualifications
Work Days:
Monday-Friday 7;00am - 3:30pm
