Must be available weekday shifts and able to work some nights and weekends. Looking for someone with leadership potential, strong work ethic, good work attendance and a positive attitude. Retail lead experience and open availability is highly desired. Depending on experience starting pay ranges between $13-$15/hour for parttime and $14-$16 fulltime. Looking for several lead buyers. These positions are part-time or fulltime positions for the right candidate or candidates and will also provude 20 days paid time off for fulltime candidates after 30 days of employment. - Participate in buying gently used brand name clothing, accessories and shoes from customers
- Providing excellent customer service through brand and style knowledge
- Be capable of utilizing a point of sale systems and capable of problem solving in store issues when they arise.
- Be willing and able to direct the remainder of the team to allow for smooth and efficient operation of this high volume store.
- Participate in visual merchandising of store and overall appearance
- Assist with social media postings and/or shoots.
- Be able to perform opening and closing duties and oversee the team in the absence of the store owner and/or manager.
- Must understand this is a fast paced environment. Must understand the urgency of the buying and processing processes and be able to perform and direct both in a manner that promotes store sales growth.

- Demonstrates good work ethic even in the absence of management oversight.
- Exceptional customer service skills. Retail and management/lead experience a plus but not necessary. Experienced resale buyers encouraged to apply.

- This is a parttime or fulltime opportunity for those available days, evenings and weekends. Coverage will be shared with other buyers/leads. with paid vacation for the fulltime candidates.
- Buyer and buyer/lead pay is structured based on which role is performed previous resale buyer experience, experience within our organization, availability, and general job performance.
