This is an opportunity for a Broker Assistant to join a successful small real estate team at Compass, based in their NYC office. The ideal candidate has strong administrative skills, a great attitude, good communication skills (both written and verbal), and excellent document-handling skills (listing coordination, transaction support, and board packages are a part of this role). Ideally, the candidate will have worked as an assistant, transaction coordinator, or marketing coordinator role for a real estate company or team.

Responsibilities
Assist and support Team Leaders in all areas needing assistance including:

Providing exceptional customer service to clients and outside agents

Coordinate and schedule all showing requests; confirm appointments

Listing & Transaction coordination (gathering information on the property) and familiarity with each property’s listing details and showing instructions
- Liaising with Managing Agents, Attorneys, Mortgage Brokers

Insert listings into internal Compass systems and ensure that all listing information is accurate

Coordinate photo shoots for new listings, make arrangements with outside vendors

Use Compass templates to create show sheets, digital mailers, etc

Screen calls and direct calls and emails, using quick judgment to triage requests, distribute correspondence and confirm completion

Maintain contacts, CRM, webpage and online profile, mailing lists, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate

Coordinating broker and client open house events and purchase and delivery of client gifts

Crafting exclusives and listing activation via Compass templates
-
Daily administrative tasks organizing databases, social media, filing emails, etc
Qualifications

Compensation
$60,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience)
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
