Leasing Consultant

Urban Coast Properties has an immediate opening for a full-time Leasing Agent. Urban Coast Properties offers a tremendous growth opportunity and empowers individuals to take pride and ownership of their role. Urban Coast Properties has continued to grow and is looking for someone to grow with the company as we continue to increase our managed portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements:

- Must have a valid driver’s license, access to a relaible car and be open to driving throughout San Diego metro area (attending showings, etc.)

- A friendly personality, as well as excellent verbal, people, and telephone skills

- A professional demeanor and an ability to organize, prioritize well and multi-task

- Ability to work full-time, 9-5 schedule, Wednesday through Sunday.

- AppFolio experience highly preferred

- Real Estate License

- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) highly preferred

The incumbent is held responsible, but not limited, to the following job responsibilities:

- Use of our CRM and leasing software, AppFolio, to communicate with potential tenants and schedule showings via phone and email, within 24 hours of receiving an inquiry.

- Schedule and attend showings for all portfolio vacancies.

- Schedule and attend move in / move out inspections.

- Assist Leasing Team with property lease ups for new construction buildings.

- Update, refresh, and create marketing write-ups & postings for vacancies to use in conjunction with different platforms (Zillow, Apartments.com, HotPads, etc.)

- Collaborate with Associates on various projects surrounding leasing and business development

- Answer phone for the Leasing department & respond to general inquiries regarding properties and leasing.

- Clear communication with the leasing director on move ins

Compensation:

$24-$28/hr. total comp which may include leasing commission

Experience:

• Property leasing: 1 year (Required)
