Position Summary:The Call Center Associate I will join our Bronx-Based call center team in order to support the operations of our various health centers. The incumbent must have the drive and ambition to work effectively in a fast paced and service-driven team. We are seeking customer service professionals with a passion for community based health care. Although remote, position requires some monthly onsite needs including meetings that are held in the Bronx- with this in mind, applicants must reside locally to the New York City market.While company equipment will be furnished- incumbents must possess a desk space and area from home that is suitable for work without distractions and a desk that is able to securely fit dual monitor screens/computer/other hardware.Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required.This position is entry level, training provided. Bilingual Spanish/English required.Exceptional customer service skills.Computer proficiency is a must. Self-motivation and commitment to EXCELLENCE.
