Salary Range: $64,000 - $74,000 per year - Depending on Experience & Location

- Supporting the General Manager with daily operations of the restaurant ensuring compliance with company standards
- Ensuring the safety of our guests and team members
- Fostering a positive work environment
- Developing the team to their full potential
- Accomplishing financial objectives including sales growth, cost management, profit growth, cost control and quality control
- Conducting strong interviews and attracting high quality candidates
- Inspiring and motivating the team to grow
What You Need:
- 2 years’ minimum supervisory experience in food service – preferably fast-casual
- Possess basic math and accounting skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
