Salary: $13 per hour, 20 hours a week
Job purpose
The Administrative Assistant provides office support to a variety of functions to ensure excellence across the ministry.
Duties and responsibilities - Staff members are expected to strive for transformative quality in everything they undertake.

- Engage in personal spiritual development (get a mentor, bible study prayer and the like)
- Participate in staff spiritual practice events (prayer, discipleship, bible study and the like)
- Support and engage in safe practices
- Hold reporting staff accountable in UrbanPromise Arkansas’ discipleship expectations.
- Engage in professional development through staff retreats, training, and team building events
- Invest and support, through actions and attitudes, the UPAR community
- Actively pursue UPAR support raising goals through relationship development, support letters, fig trips, and the like

- Drive the process for critical letters
- Receipt letter
- Appeal letter – make copies, oversee folding/stuffing process
- General thank you letters (Summer Intern meals, in-kind donations, etc.)
- Finance Support
- Deposit - gather, code, and take checks/cash to bank
- Petty cash & meal money for staff and staff housing

- Liason to donation software
- Drive strategy regarding electronic communication with donors (Mailchimp, Online website, Social media)
- Technology Support
- Salesforce Key User
- Pull reports as needed (Banquet call nights, donor information, and the like)
- Work with Salesforce volunteer
- Assist/train staff
- Monitor for accuracy

- Manage phones (train staff, data update, check messages)

- Supervise in-kind donation process

- Coordinate SL training and Tuesday night meals
- Coordinate snack donations for ASP
- Support Executive Director as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
COVID-19 considerations:
