Job description
Duties and Responsibilities
· Primary point of contact for Hospital
· Client Communication Liaison: In Person, Telephone, Email, Social Networking, and fax
· Tender Client Payments: cash, credit, Care Credit, Scratchpay
· Manage appropriate client documents for internal and external uses
· Communicate effectively with team and other departments
· Maintain client and workspace sanitation and organization
· Multitask record keeping, client service, phone calls, and emails
· Operate standard office equipment: Fax, copier, printer, scanner, Multiline phones

Requirements
· High School Diploma or G.E.D
· 1-year customer service/call center experience
· Computer literacy: Internet, Microsoft Windows based program
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
