Urth Caffe is a restaurant/café that values teamwork and friendly people. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, coffee, food service, and leadership. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, motivating teamwork, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, motivate, lead, and provide for strong, professional teamwork among employees during scheduled shifts
- Ensure efficient food production and service in compliance with quality standards
- Train new team members
- Oversee inventory management and ordering
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Control Profit & Loss
Qualifications:
- Available to work a flexible schedule
- Previous experience in the food industry/restaurant or fast food
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

GENERAL AND SAFETY

- Must perform physical activities in a variety of environmental conditions that require moderate strength including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and handling of materials. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- The position requires a lifting of 25 lbs. Anything over 25 lbs. assistance will be given to you.
