Job Description:

Analyze financial and operational performance. Employ financial models to develop solutions to financial problems. Work on client engagements and building out Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. Responsible for project management execution; presenting analyses and conclusions; acting as a professional on engagements; work on client deliverables; participating in diligence meetings; negotiating engagement documents; participate in business and financial due diligence sessions; participate in the valuation review process; preparing fee proposals to clients, building relationships and maintaining direct contact with current and prospective clients.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements: 

Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, a closely related field, or a foreign equivalent, plus minimum of 3 years of post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or any finance-related job titles. Experience must include: (1) financial services and audit; (2) financial diligence and analytics; (3) accounting, intangible asset valuation, and applied financial theory, and (4) modeling in Excel (VBA/Macros), PowerPoint, and database systems. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.

Salary : $174,000 - $180,000
