US Compliance Services is looking for an organized and goal-oriented Administrator/Data Entry to keep our busines’s operations running smoothly. Main responsibilities for this position:
- High volume of over-the-phone client interaction with the ability to multitask
- Professional demeanor and excellent customer service
- Processing compliance paperwork within various government websites with follow up
- Maintain and complete workload tasks in CRM in a timely manner
Key qualities for the position:
- Time management, detail oriented
- Reliable, dependable team player with great organizational skills
- 40 WPM and clear communication skills both verbal and written
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to adapt to a variety of computer systems & websites

Pay:
$15-$17 per hour DOE
