US Compliance Services helps over 50,000 trucking companies across the United States with their USDOT number and FMCSA compliance. Trying to navigate all of the ins and outs of trucking compliance can be an overwhelming task. The FMCSA and USDOT maintain strict oversight on the commercial transportation industry, and expect operators to abide by all of the laws and regulations pertaining to their specific trucking operation. Every year, thousands of companies are put out of service or hit with costly fines as a result of failing to maintain their trucking compliance. The knowledgeable staff at US Compliance Services has the industry experience and resources to simplify the operating authority compliance and keep them in good standing with government regulations.

Who we are looking for:

US Compliance Services is looking for an organized and goal-oriented Administrator/Data Entry to keep our busines’s operations running smoothly. Beyond answering phone calls and emails, you’ll also have the opportunity to help shape the way we run our office. Main responsibilities for this position:

  • High volume of over-the-phone client interaction with the ability to multitask
  • Professional demeanor and excellent customer service
  • Processing compliance paperwork within various government websites with follow up
  • Maintain and complete workload tasks in CRM in a timely manner

Key qualities for the position:

  • Time management, detail oriented
  • Reliable, dependable team player with great organizational skills
  • 40 WPM and clear communication skills both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to adapt to a variety of computer systems & websites

Job Type: Full Time

Pay:

$15-$17 per hour DOE
