Job Description

We are a rapidly expanding creditor rights law firm with multiple locations within several states that seeking an entry level Reporting Operations Analyst. Our client’s makeup some of the most recognized names in the banking industry. As an Entry Level Reporting Operations Analyst you will have the ability to use critical thinking skills to develop and provide reports for management as well as maintaining our proprietary library of dashboards. We are a high volume and high pace practice that prides ourselves on our efficiency and ability to innovate and advance. This is an incredible opportunity for anyone that is ambitious and looking to work with some of the most advanced reporting programs in the industry. This is an entry level position and we are willing to train but a solid foundation of the fundamentals is required. In time, this position will afford the candidate an opportunity for future growth within the firm as well as provide a wealth of experience in a variety of reporting methods and types.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides daily reporting through dashboards
  • Maintains the library of dashboards
  • Provides monthly reporting to clients
  • Manipulates raw data for analysis
  • Develops ideas that will improve production
  • Tracks portfolio trends and provides analysis
  • Ensure all internal systems are updated to include findings, documentation, and recommendations
  • Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Review reports to assess workload


Qualifications

  • Enjoy thinking outside of the box
  • Enjoy analyzing data and have strong problem-solving skills
  • Be able to multitask and Ability to work in a fast-pace and high-volume environment.
  • Have previous operations experience
  • Proficient data entry and computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
  • Have a good foundation in Excel, including experience with pivot tables
  • Possess strong self and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to apply logic by reviewing conditions to take appropriate action
  • Ability to effectively communicate through verbal and written electronic correspondence
  • Ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations

Physical functions

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of time; Constantly operates a computer and employee is Regularly required to verbally communicate, listen and give presentations as needed. Some walking and standing relative to interaction with other personnel and applicants

Work Environment

  • Mondays to Fridays
  • Shift options 8am to 5pm OR 8:30am to 5:30pm OR 9am to 6pm
  • Works generally at a desk in a well-lighted, air-conditioned cubicle/office, with moderate noise levels.

Travel

  • No Travel Required.

Salary : $45,600 - $57,800
