US Farathane is seeking an experienced Quality Auditor. This position is responsible for supporting the Quality System including auditing of in-process product per instructions as well as all associated documentation and performing the duties of Receiving, Dock Auditing as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform Receiving Inspection and Dock Auditing as needed.
- Perform in-process inspection of product to determine compliance to customer requirements.
- Maintain variable charts per blueprint and/or customer requirements.
- Monitor data received by sub-contractors for compliance to specifications as needed.
- Assist in sort operations as needed.
- Responsible for following all internal and OSHA required safety procedures.
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures (i.e. quality manual, associates handbooks, level II procedures, etc.).
- Maintain work area per housekeeping standards.
- Performs all other duties as requested by the Quality Manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of quality systems and standards.
- Knowledge of inspection techniques and simple measurement instrument usage. Capable of performing Gage R&R and capability studies
- Ability to read interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence, and to speak and present information effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to do simple math: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
- Ability to add positive and negative numbers.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to handle problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
