About The Opportunity Position Summary Menasha Corporation is looking for an individual to assist press operator(s) in all areas of operation of the printing press. These positions are responsible for set up and operation of Press equipment to customer-supplied specifications while maintaining production by planning and organizing jobs and continuously monitoring quality. Additionally, operators are responsible for cleanliness and keeping press maintained mechanically and assisting their assigned Print Operators with day-to-day needs. Key Duties And Responsibilities Perform general maintenance Loading of paper Maintain ink and water levels Operate feeder Wash up press Education / Certifications Education Required None Education Desired High School Diploma or Equivalent Additional Job Requirements Training rate of $18/hour (no exp.) or $20/hour (with experience) Shift differential of $2/hour Benefits start after 30 days Climate controlled facility Eligible for increase after 90 days Two companies, one vision.
