To become a member of the Navy Reserve you must be currently in the Inactive Ready Reserve or have been off active duty for over six months then you will need to work with a Navy Officer Recruiter to begin the process of affiliating with the RC. Navy Reserve Sailors can choose to work part-time and earn 4 days of pay for just 2 days of service per month making it easy to balance their military commitment with their personal goals and aspirations.
