USSA Sales Representative (Remote Full-Time Position)

US Service Animals is currently hiring experienced call center sales agents to join our expanding remote team! Top Performers currently earn $800-$1,200, or higher, in commission biweekly. If you have true outbound call center sales experience with 2 or more years, are extroverted, and confident, we encourage you to apply. We are currently hiring for a start date of 8/18/25.

The ideal candidate would have a background in consultative selling, life insurance sales, and debt collection, with the ability to thrive and exceed in high-activity sales.
We would only consider those who have a minimum of two years of call center sales experience and intermediate computer skills. Qualified candidates will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 plus uncapped commission paid biweekly. Performing sales professionals can AND DO double their pay in commissions!

Responsibilities:

• Place outbound calls to customers who have visited the website
• Selling Services and upselling products to the customers on every call
• Building a positive rapport across a variety of personality types
• Continually maintaining a working knowledge of our products, services, and promotions

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Extroverted personality
• Intermediate computer knowledge and comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
• Must have 2 years of experience in a call center (direct) sales experience
• Ability to sell, negotiation skills, and high call volume experience
• Adaptability, good time-management, decision-making skills
• Ability to work comfortably under pressure and meet metrics
• Must pass a criminal background check

Schedule:

• Must be able to attend training that requires you to be on camera for 3 weeks, 10 am – 6:30 pm CST Monday Friday.
• USSA is open from 7 am to 11 pm CST, 7 days a week. Your production schedule will be anytime within those hours. Off days could be throughout the week, or both the week and weekend
• Must have a designated work area free from noise and distractions with high-speed internet
• Must have high-speed internet at all times while employed
• This is a full-time remote employment opportunity
