Role Description
This is a long term project, onsite (remote possible for experienced professional) role for a Senior Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Lead. The role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored for public sector clients. The responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, architecting scalable and compliant solutions, managing cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure optimal project outcomes. The Lead will ensure adherence to best practices and deliver innovative solutions to meet the unique needs of public sector clients.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of Salesforce experience
- 3-5 years of Public Sector industry experience
- Experience with Public Sector Solutions and OmniStudio, or with Salesforce’s Industry Clouds is a must
- Strong client-facing written and oral communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce project delivery, with a preference towards consulting experience
- Interest in the public sector and technology
- Active Salesforce PSS certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
- Experience in sales and pre-sales solutioning
- Hands-on configuration experience and development is required
- Experience with Public Sector State & Local customers is a plus
- AI Literacy and Judgment: Understands generative AI and LLMs, applying sound judgment in their use, while ensuring data privacy and compliance.
- AI-Assisted Design and Content Creation: Uses AI tools for exploring solutions and drafting artifacts, maintaining accuracy through human review and oversight.
- Verification, Quality Control, and Team Enablement: Validates AI outputs against standards and expert input, and guides team members on effective AI usage to boost productivity.
