Title: GIS Data Entry Specialist
Location: Charlotte, NC 28202 (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $25/hr on w2 (no benefits)
Description: We’re seeking a Data Management Specialist II to support real estate research by managing and maintaining land rights data, including deeds, easements, and permits. This role works closely with data management teams, real estate agents, and researchers to ensure data accuracy across land inventory systems and GIS tools.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain land rights data with a high degree of accuracy
- Perform data quality checks and support QA/QC initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and assist with special projects
Skills:
- Working knowledge of GIS tools or spatial data systems
- Familiarity with real estate data, land rights, easements, or legal property documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma 4 years or
- Associate’s Degree 2 years or
- Bachelor’s Degree 1 year
