What are the responsibilities and job description for the Improvement specialist position at US Tech Solutions, Inc.?
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assist with oversight of daily operations and logistics of the organization
- Review and prepare materials for leadership, including PowerPoint presentations, data visualizations, and others
- Assist with risk related activities, including MUCs, MRAs, and other audit related deliverables
- Assist with managing ad-hoc and period reporting across the organization
- Design daily operational programs and help build COO framework to achieve organizational objectives
- Help evaluate operational performance by establishing, analyzing and interpreting organizational data and metrics
- Assist with implementation of data strategies and plans in alignment with enterprise vision, goals and initiatives
- Create, manage, review, and update cost center information and resource management tasks / activities, including organizational charts, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and expense related systems and approval process
- Assist with financial pillar, including P&L budget and other initiative wallets
- Help create FAQs, job-aids, and other documents to assist with various organizational processes
Must have Skills :
Ability to analyze business processes to make improvements
Knowledge of PowerBI (data visualization and graphs / take excel data and create dashboards),
JIRA (board to track work and demand management; dashboards)
SharePoint (document management)
Understanding of organization metrics (KPIs)
Flex Skills :
Confluence (example : Decision Logs)
Cost Benefit analysis
Project management experience
