What are the responsibilities and job description for the Perioperative Services position at US Tech Solutions?
Duration: 06 to 12 months contract
Job Description:
Perioperative Services is responsible for providing leadership and direction for Perioperative Services with our client. This role partners closely with the Director of Perioperative Services – The Director will guide the development of the overall leadership structure and strategic plan for the service line at their sites in conjunction with AVP of Perioperative Services.
Responsibilities:
Will oversee the fiscal, technical, and patient care activities to ensure the provision of high-quality patient care and efficient operations, including staffing and resource utilization, developing and implementing budgets, policies, planning, technical operations and equipment acquisition.
Experience:
Expertise in program and financial aspects of Perioperative services, including Cath lab Services and EP. This leader is responsible for the overall administration of Perioperative programs
Skills:
Actively promotes a team environment with the physicians and teammates, facilitating communication between them. Fosters a team approach in collaborating between departments.
Education:
Bachelor required.
