Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager – Premium III with a strong financial background and proven expertise in Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will be SAFe Certified, PMP Certified, and possess 15 years of project management experience in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex financial and cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery.
- Apply SAFe Agile principles and PMP best practices to ensure consistent, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, executives, and cross-disciplinary teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Present project updates and strategies clearly and effectively to senior leadership, including crafting high-quality visual and verbal presentations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, promoting Agile values and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions, as necessary.
- Oversee project documentation, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
Required Qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in Project Management, with a proven track record in large-scale, enterprise-level projects.
- PMP Certification (Project Management Professional).
- SAFe Certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, SAFe Program Consultant).
- Strong financial domain expertise: prior experience in banking, insurance, or financial services preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Expertise in Agile frameworks, particularly within scaled environments.
- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver professional presentations, including showcasing sample decks as part of the evaluation process.
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with global teams and remote work environments.
- Master’s degree in business, Finance, or related field.
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, etc.
