Reimagine What’s Possible Role and Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for our Osceola, Arkansas facility. The Osceola, AR facility is comprised of two air separation (ASU) plants, two hydrogen plants (PHG). Our site supports Big River Steel (Steel Mill Customer) as well as the merchant gas business. The Site Supervisor will be responsible to assist in all aspects of site operations including but not limited to EH&S management, operational excellence, people development, cost management, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Required Skills / Abilities: A validated commitment to safety, health, and environmental protection. A self-starter with demonstrated leadership skills and ability to develop talent. Willingness to support off hours when needed (24X7 on call). Ability to foster employee engagement and development is a must. Experience in asset management including driving a safe work atmosphere where “safe to say” is a key communication attribute. Continuous improvement, business profitability and supporting sales and engineering are a proven trait for success in this position. Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Perform troubleshooting on equipment and make repairs if possible. Assist in reviewing and updating operating procedures as required. Education and Licensing Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical degree and/or certification a plus. 5 years of experience in process plant operation/maintenance and product distribution Basic computer proficiency and software knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Physical Requirements: Climb ladders and steps and lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Meet call-in requirements as needed. Elevated work required. Work in all weather conditions.
