This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career.

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
• Interested and available to work up to a 12-hour shift with a fixed second shift, fixed third shift, or rotating shift schedule.
• Interested and available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled and/or needed.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

• Basic computer knowledge
• Post-high school education
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills

The starting rate of pay for this position is $21.56 and $26.88.
