Hourly Pay Range: $19.81per hour, depending on relevant experience, qualifications and skills.
This position is overtime eligible as per state and federal regulations.
This position is eligible for a gainsharing plan based on the achievement of specific goals.

General Assembly Job Openings At Donaldson Company Frankfort Plant
Primarily 2nd Shift Openings 2:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.

Role Responsibilities:
- Work in a manufacturing team environment on multiple production lines to produce air filtration products
- Perform various tasks throughout the shift in a fast-paced work environment
- Follow theoretical and practical instructions
- Exhibit mechanical aptitude
- Communicate effectively with team members and Team Leaders to achieve a high efficiency and high quality air filtration product
- Inspect work of the previous operators and communicate to them whether the quality is acceptable
- Adhere to safety procedures
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Complete & record all applicable paperwork (scrap reports, first-piece inspection sheets, etc.)
- Comply with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures
- Use all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required
