As we expand our national footprint, we seek an Experienced Franchise Operations Manager to support our franchisees, optimize operations, and ensure brand consistency.

Position Summary

The Franchise Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and supporting franchise operations across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with company standards, driving operational excellence, and assisting franchisees in achieving profitability and growth. This role requires deep expertise in the automotive / tire industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work closely with franchisees to implement best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Support & Compliance :

Act as the primary liaison between GoMobile Tires USA and franchisees.

  • Ensure franchisees adhere to brand standards, operational guidelines, and customer service expectations.
  • Conduct regular site visits, performance evaluations, and audits to assess compliance.

Operational Excellence :

Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

  • Provide training, coaching, and support in key business areas, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Assist with onboarding new franchisees and ensure a seamless launch process.
  • Business Growth & Performance :

    Analyze key performance metrics and financial reports to identify areas for improvement.

  • Provide insights and recommendations on pricing, promotions, and local market strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support franchisees in driving customer acquisition and retention.
  • Supply Chain & Vendor Management :

    Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure franchisees have access to quality products at competitive pricing.

  • Optimize supply chain logistics to improve service efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution :

    Address franchisee concerns, operational challenges, and customer service escalations.

  • Implement solutions to improve franchisee satisfaction and business performance.
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • 5 years of experience in franchise operations, preferably in the automotive or tire industry .
  • Proven experience managing multi-unit franchise operations.
  • Strong understanding of tire products, services, and industry regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze business performance and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Experience with CRM, POS, and operational software in the automotive sector.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to visit franchise locations.
