Responsibilities and Duties
• Support the FP&A team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Assist in building and updating financial models used to project revenue, funding volumes, and cash flows
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc KPI dashboards and financial performance reports
• Analyze actuals versus forecasts and help develop insights to drive business decisions
• Collaborate across departments to collect and consolidate operational data
• Perform market research and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Help automate reporting processes using Excel, Power BI, or other tools
• Participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews and assist with presentation materials
• Support the Director of FP&A and broader Finance team with special projects
Education, Skill and Experience Requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and initiative.
• Ability to learn new software and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
