Strategy & Performance Overview
S&P provides expertise leading transformation initiatives for large and small organizations in a variety of industries. As a Strategy & Performance intern, you will collaborate with experienced consultants who share your commitment to continuous learning. Together, you will have the opportunity to apply your curiosity and analytical mindset to create customized solutions for the complicated business needs that our clients face every day.
Responsibilities
Contribute to team success and participate in various roles as needed within a dynamic, collaborative environment
Facilitate small and large group meetings, communicating effectively and regularly with all project stakeholders
Develop and maintain project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, meeting agendas, and decision logs
Conduct relevant research and analysis, and synthesize findings into compelling conclusions and recommendations
Create high-quality deliverables that leverage qualitative, quantitative, and visual elements
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a graduate degree in business (MBA preferred) with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher and an expected graduation date by August 2026.
Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, with demonstrated ability to efficiently produce crisp, professional documents
Familiarity with project management, change management, or product management is a plus
Experience or education in information systems is a plus
This will be an in-office position in Nashville. Candidates must have the ability to be based in Nashville for the summer and an interest in being based in Nashville long-term for potential full-time conversion opportunities.
