Job Responsibilities:
Your journey begins as a Field Engineer in Training (FET). This role immerses you in an intensive training program designed to equip you with the skills needed to succeed. Training will cover safety protocols, equipment operation and maintenance, troubleshooting, materials chemistry, technical procedures, and computer applications.

You will work directly with the client while providing services vital to the industrial industry. As Field Engineer you are responsible for identifying potential industrial cleaning opportunities as well as developing and providing technical expertise.
Activities include
- Field project execution
- Engineering Support
- CAD/P&ID creations/modification
- Process trouble-shooting
- Project cost analysis
- Proposal development, technical writing, technical presentations.
- Equipment Rebuild and Upgrades design, management and implementation
As a potential member of our leadership team, you could be responsible for overseeing the profitable operation of one or more service locations. Your key responsibilities would include developing and managing budgets, conducting financial analysis, driving sales performance, managing contracts, allocating resources effectively, controlling inventory, ensuring equipment maintenance, setting cost control standards, training personnel, and supporting overall division growth and development.

- Additionally, you must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a Science or Engineering discipline—such as mechanical, electrical, petroleum, chemical, civil, geological, materials, environmental, industrial, or a related field.
