Key responsibilities:

A Scrum of Scrums is a virtual team consisting of delegates with embedded links to the originating delivery teams.
The aim is to coordinate smaller, independent teams.
It offers a way to connect multiple teams who need to work together to deliver complex solutions.
Acts as a release team that delivers value to customers.
Focus is on progress and impediment backlogs visible to other teams, facilitating prioritization or removal of impediments and continuously improving the effectiveness of the Scrum of Scrums.
Scrum masters act as coaches to the rest of the team/leadership role

Must have technical skills/experience (ask for alternative/tool/version):
AGILE trained
JIRA
BI
Leadership skills

Flex Skills:
Scrum Master Certification
SAFe AGILE

Soft skills that would make a candidate successful in this role:
Written and verbal communication skills

Education: Bachelors required, higher education a plus

Years of experience: 10
