The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for lead generation, account management, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include 40 outgoing customer contact, managing sales activities, developing new leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer needs are met effectively.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESMeets monthly sales goalsAssists in Managing and growing existing accounts through daily telephone cold calling & following up on prior calls Assists account managers within their territories Develops and maintains effective professional relationships with clients. Assists, Educates and upsells clients company products and services, as well as occasional visits as needed.
