The Operating Room Registered Nurse is responsible for all nursing activities related to the continuum care of the patient during an operative or invasive procedure.

The Operating Room RN will have strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient with the ability to respond accordingly to changing medical priorities throughout the surgical procedure. The Operating Room RN is responsible for providing patient safety, comfort and privacy at all times, and must have the ability to recognize, evaluate, solve, and correct problems.
Required Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Minimum 1-2 years previous OR experience (Total Joint & Ortho experience preferred).
- Current New Hampshire license as a Registered Nurse.
- Current in BLS and ACLS. (Required within 4 months of hire, paid for by employer)
- Possess the ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
- Ability to circulate and scrub strongly preferred.
