UST is searching for a Windchill PLM Solution Architect who will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
The Opportunity
What You Need
Role Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $109,000-$164,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

You Are
UST is searching for a Windchill PLM Solution Architect who will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
The Opportunity
- Lead the implementation, customization, and integration of PTC Windchill across the enterprise.
- Define Windchill data models, lifecycles, workflows, and version control strategies. Guide the team on Windchill upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.
- Integrate Windchill with other enterprise systems like ERP (SAP/Oracle), CAD tools (Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and third-party applications.
- Ensure adherence to PLM best practices, security policies, and compliance standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and system administrators.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Windchill infrastructure, performance, and integrations.
- Stay updated on the latest PTC Windchill features and industry trends.
What You Need
- Minimum 8 years of experience in PLM systems, with at least 5 years in PTC Windchill.
- Strong expertise in Windchill modules such as: PDMLink MPMLink ProjectLink Windchill Parts and Documents Architect and design scalable Windchill PLM solutions based on business and technical requirements.
