The Department of Dermatology at UT Southwestern is actively seeking a Pediatric Dermatologist to join our faculty as an Assistant Professor. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our Pediatric Dermatology practice, in close partnership with Children's Health, one of the leading pediatric healthcare systems in the country.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional clinical care, contribute to the education and mentorship of residents and medical students, and have the opportunity to engage in meaningful research. This position will support the continued growth and development of our pediatric dermatology services, advancing both patient care and academic initiatives.
Job Duties: Establish a clinical practice in Pediatric Dermatology. Attend on the inpatient consulting service. Assist in the supervision and training of residents and medical students. Engage in other academic pursuits that may include medical writing, lectures, and clinical research.
Candidates should hold an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree. Applicants must be eligible for medical licensure in the state of Texas and should be board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology and Pediatric Dermatology.
