Utah First Credit Union is seeking a full time Branch Manager for our Sandy, Utah branch.
DESCRIPTION
Utah First Credit Union hiring a Branch Manager to help fulfill our mission to be significant in the lives of its members, employees, and their communities. The Branch Manager has three primary functions: loan production, team coaching, and branch operations. Branch Manager candidates must have prior banking lending experience to be considered for this position. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. Additionally, proven success with improving customers' financial lives by cross selling products and services. The ideal Branch Manager candidate leads by example and inspires their team to be missional and make a difference. Ideal Branch Manager candidates are comfortable managing lots of different things at once and working effectively with a little or a lot of direction.
BENEFITS
We pay our Branch Managers a competitive base wage, depending on experience, with a generous incentive pay structure for loan production. The total compensation is $60,000 to $100,000. RESPONSIBILITIES
The Branch Manager builds relationships, educates customers about products/services, and finds appropriate solutions. Cross sell products and services. Meet and exceed monthly lending and sales and service goals. The Branch Manager counsels with customers regarding their financial needs and goals and to find the products and services to meet those needs. Train and coach branch team to success, leading by example. Manage branch operations, ensure safety and security for staff and branch. Participates in individual and credit union training.
QUALIFICATIONS
Successful Branch Manager candidates have strong lending skills and experience, proven record of production. Creative lending skills, is willing and able to find a way to do the deal. Inspiring coaching practices. Extra mile customer service and sales skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. High school diploma. 18-years and older. Works well individually and with a team.
