Part-Time Receptionist & Office Assistant
Utah Paperbox is looking for a friendly and reliable Part-Time Receptionist and Office Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression at our front desk while supporting administrative tasks for both the Accounts Receivable and Human Resources departments.
Location: Utah Paperbox
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (20 hours/week)
Pay: $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Receive and manage inbound shipments and deliveries
- Provide administrative support to Accounts Receivable and HR while at the front desk
Additional general duties will be outlined during the interview process.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years of general office experience
- Experience with Microsoft Suite and G-Suite
- Good oral, verbal, and written communication skills
- Past experience as an administrative assistant and/or experience in Accounts Receivable or HR preferred
Salary : $15 - $17
