Part-Time Receptionist & Office Assistant

Utah Paperbox is looking for a friendly and reliable Part-Time Receptionist and Office Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression at our front desk while supporting administrative tasks for both the Accounts Receivable and Human Resources departments.


Location: Utah Paperbox

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (20 hours/week)

Pay: $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Receive and manage inbound shipments and deliveries
  • Provide administrative support to Accounts Receivable and HR while at the front desk


Additional general duties will be outlined during the interview process.


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years of general office experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite and G-Suite
  • Good oral, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Past experience as an administrative assistant and/or experience in Accounts Receivable or HR preferred
