Position: Adult Education Testing Proctor - Edustaff
Schedule: 1:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Monday – Thursday
Duration: School Year
Qualifications:
- Strong demonstrated skills in Excel, Word, and related computing programs.
- Ability to follow procedures accurately and completely
- Ability to exercise tact and discretion in relationships with students and staff
- Ability to make decisions and problem solve
- Ability to work with frequent interruptions
- Desire to work with non-English speaking adult students and other adult learners
- Ability to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments for new and current students.
- Determine appropriate individualized assessments for students, score and analyze student testing and assessments.
- Analyze and evaluate formative and summative student achievement data in accordance with State of Michigan Educational Functioning Levels.
- Responsible for maintaining student testing data and tracking student hours as required for assessments.
- Registration of new students.
- Data entry of student information/data into local and state systems.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate student records and information.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director.
