The Senior Enterprise Risk & Governance Analyst plays a key role in advancing the company’s enterprise risk management framework and ensuring that corporate risk governance is executed with consistency, rigor, and transparency. This role provides analytical, governance, and modeling support to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) across all aspects of risk oversight. The Senior Analyst collaborates with business unit leaders, actuarial, finance, and vendor partners to assess and communicate risk exposures, support decision-making, and enhance enterprise resilience. The position also helps prepare and deliver Board and regulatory materials, ensuring that risk insights are clear, actionable, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

What You Will Do
Education: Bachelors Degree preferred or Insurance designations; ARM-E.
Experience: At least 3 years in insurance and analytic roles.
Salary Range: $75,000-$96,000
The final salary to be paid and position within the internal salary range will take into consideration the individual’s work experience, geographic location, education, certification(s) or additional qualifications, and scope and responsibilities within the role.

What You Will Do
- Corporate Governance & Reporting- Assist in preparing Board Risk Committee materials and enterprise risk dashboards, Help maintain the risk register and track key risk indicators (KRIs), Support the CRO in documenting and monitoring risk appetite/tolerance metrics.
- Regulatory & ORSA Support- Assist in compiling the ORSA document and related regulatory submissions, Gather and organize departmental risk plans; support cross-functional updates, Provide research and first-draft materials for regulator and rating agency inquiries.
- Capital Modeling & Stress Testing- Work closely with vendor partners and internal teams on capital and catastrophe modeling activities, Review and analyze model outputs, including stress and scenario results, to assess impacts on capital, solvency, and risk appetite, Summarize findings and prepare clear, professional reports for CRO review and presentation to management and the Board, Support model governance documentation and validation tracking.
- Emerging Risk Research- Track emerging risks (cyber, climate, AI, regulatory changes, liability/social inflation), Develop summaries and briefing notes for the CRO and executives, Maintain a forward-looking risk 'watch list'.
- Risk Culture & Coordination- Help coordinate risk workshops and training sessions with business leaders, Support communication of risk policies, appetite, and governance standards, Provide administrative and analytical support to CRO-led risk committees.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
