What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Crew Member position at Utili-Serve, LLC?
The Construction Crew Member responsibilities are the construction and modification of Electrical Substations and various other construction projects under direct supervision of the field supervisor. This position requires work in confined spaces and elevated work areas, and works with various pieces of construction equipment specific to the trade. Work can be at various locations throughout the day or the same location. Overnight travel is required.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Skills and Specification Requirements:
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
- Able to work flexible hours to complete job task at hand.
- Must have knowledge of construction standard practices, techniques, quality requirements, applicable codes and standards.
- Must have knowledge of substation structural drawings (i.e. elevations, plan views, section views, grounding details, and foundation plans).
- Must be capable of working in confined spaces/areas.
- Must be capable of learning to operate various types of heavy equipment.
- Must be capable of lifting in excess of 50 lbs.
- Must be capable of climbing and working at heights up to 125 feet above ground.
- Must be capable of working in close proximity of energized substation equipment.
Education and Experience Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience in related field is required.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
